Lawyer Arrested for Wearing a Peace T-Shirt

A friend of mine argues that restricting this person's "free speech" for wearing a t-shirt would cause a slippery slope of suppression. I disagree.

Personal property rights, and the mall is private property, trump your speech rights. You may say anything you want, but the proprietors of the mall do not have to give you a forum in which to say it. Read on.
