Damn BlogSpot is very unreliable.

I have had other technical difficulties that have kept me from posting in the past few days, but I have tried a few times. The fact that BlogSpot cannot even handle publishing a blog is beyond belief.

Gotta love that Chiraq.

FOXNews.com The French president said at a European Union summit he would "not accept" a resolution that "would legitimize the military intervention [and] would give the belligerents the powers to administer Iraq."

Iraqi Torture as Reason for War

Iraqi Torture as Reason for War

Drudge brings us this one. But remember folks, war is never the answer!

Times Online "There was a machine designed for shredding plastic. Men were dropped into it and we were again made to watch. Sometimes they went in head first and died quickly. Sometimes they went in feet first and died screaming. It was horrible. I saw 30 people die like this. Their remains would be placed in plastic bags and we were told they would be used as fish food . . . on one occasion, I saw Qusay [President Saddam Hussein's youngest son] personally supervise these murders."

Elie Wiesel speaks out

A man who truly earned his Nobel prize accepts the fact that we need to end the waiting game and that military victory is sometimes the only way to stop the bloodshed.

ajc.com Nobel Peace laureate for intervention in Iraq "In other words: Though I oppose war, I am in favor of intervention when, as in this case because of Saddam's equivocations and procrastinations, no other option remains."

So, Iraq will be another Vietnam?

Gotta love it. The doom and gloom crowd forecasting tough fighting for our troops in Iraq took a blow today when it was announced that many of Saddam's troops have already deserted. This is in addition to the (now probably dead) group of Iraqi soldiers that tried to surrender to British troops a week or so ago because they thought the war had already started. They had to be sent back since. I am sure Saddam's henchmen have long since remedied their problem.

The Sun Newspaper Online - UK's biggest selling newspaper Saddam troops go AWOL

"TENS of thousands of terrified Iraqi soldiers have DESERTED before a single shot is fired."
